Abstract:

Dependences of levels of intermodulation third-order distortions on various functional modes of hyperfrequency (microwave frequencies) in single and multistage amplifiers on the basis of HJ-FET transistors are gained. Examination of dependence of an intersection point of third order IP3 from functional modes of transistors is carried out. Expression IP3 for multistage intensifying circuit designs is improved.
