Experience of application of strategy of technological management by production of send-receive modules in a technological department of PJSC Radiofizika is presented in article. Specification of actions of technological management - a new integrated approach is given to management of technological effectiveness of a product. The new approved organizational documents concerning formation of a production system of PJSC Radiofizika are submitted. We give an example of the organisation of technological management in the structure of PJSC «Radiofizika».
