The information presented structural model assessment of the situation in the controlled space based on data from heterogeneous sources to support management, different from known scientific justification for the list of security threats in the controlled space and the possibility of multi-criteria evaluation of the list of threats for implementation in a hardware-software complex in conditions of partial uncertainty. The model includes partial models of the formation of security threats. System of measures to counter threats and evaluation of decisions.
