Abstract:
Development of geographically distributed systems is inextricably linked with the process of the convergence of telecommunication networks, integrating telephone networks, television networks, remote signaling and application traffic based on IP-based. Modern technologies of multi-level decision-making to new requirements to ensure quality of service in resource-limited settings (low bandwidth of existing communication lines, limited frequency resources, networking opportunities and modernization of equipment, etc.). Operator approach proposed according to the description of the quality of service (Quality of Service, QoS) in the IP-oriented network parameters from the telecommunication network implementing optimization procedures in their analysis and synthesis. The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) has defined standards and quality of service performance requirements (I.350, Y.1540 and Y.1541), network standardization mechanisms to ensure the necessary QoS indicators, as well as the wording of the basic definitions. The work is to use the operator approach to the construction of the OSI model. It proposed two parameter estimation procedure. The criteria optimization problem of complex quality of service characteristics. The model can be applied to estimate the efficiency of telecommunication systems in order to increase its productivity and troubleshooting. One of the main scientific challenges is to identify the operators and messaging source models in the optimization procedures for specific communication protocols.
