On the possibly of search of explosive subjects using complexed detection system

Abstract:
One of the approaches to the construction of such devices is based on the classification of GPs in their conductive properties [4, 6]. In this case, there are two main classes of GPs: placed in a metal shell and the GP with a small metal content (dielectric coating). GP, the first class most reliably detected induction metal detectors. To search for the second class of GP may be used, in particular, various methods of nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR). The analysis leads to the conclusion of the feasibility of constructing complexed detector GP-based Metal Detector with harmonic magnetization and NQR method. As the transceiver to be used coplanar (gradient) system with zero mutual induction, and the exciting impact 900 - radio pulse NQR.
