Single-channel photon processing devices аnd addressings of an optical signal

Abstract:
In paper effects of the experimental operations on making of single-channel photon processing devices of an optical signal are given. Principal causes restricting pinch of rate of guidance by the intranet work traffic are is short viewed. For optical logical machining and change of the space co-ordinate of an optical signal for one temporary the clock tick is offered for using in the active devices of photon switches 1×2 and 2×2 the new physical mechanism of the space modification of an electric field. It is shown, that in non uniform high-resistance tunnel MIS the structures created on the basis of electro-optic crystals, such physical mechanism for the period of lighting activity provides the linear inter coupling between intensity of driving and controllable luminous fluxes. Optical trains of photon switches 1×2 and 2×2, also photon logical elements of combinational logic are resulted: And, OR - NOT, OR. On an instance of the photon circuit changer 4×4 possibility of operation of such switch in a packet switching regime is shown.
