Abstract:
The article is devoted to the history of creation the first coherent impulse radar. Since that moment, in 1943 when in Germany Great Britain air forces for the first time applied the usage of dipole reflectors in the Second world war, the decision of clutter suppression problem became of large state importance. First, who offered a coherent method for the de-cision of this problem was Y.B. Kobzarev. At first he gets a patent on the device for the clutter suppression. Then together with the comrade L.N. Kislyakov successfully checks up this method in the research work «Steklo» And, finally, this method is implemented in the first Soviet coherent impulse radar P 15 («Tropa»). This radar after acceptance on an armament used in the Soviet army during a few decades.
