About jammer suppression ability in the aeronautical communication channels with the local multipath

Abstract:
The spatial jammer supression in aeronautical communication channels with a local multipath is studied. A method of diversity reception researching by simulation of multipath channel with the local multipath caused by the reflection of radio waves from the casing of the aircraft is proposed. Also the channel parameters justification, based on the numerical solution of the diffraction problem, is proposed. Furthermore, given the potential antijamming ability evaluation method and evaluation of the real possibilities of spatial jammer suppression algorithm for example suboptimal Widrow-Hoff algorithm with whiteness and normalization of the input signals. The dependence of the spatial jammer suppression efficiency on angles of arrival signal and the jammer and on data transmission speed and recommendations for the choice of parameters jammer protected data transmission systems is given.
