In this article methods forstatistical data analyses of human-s and population-slifetime are reviewed, that taken by his lifetime process to purpose showing up the anomalous locality-time situations. This article narrates about methods of handling of statistical data from sources of radio emissions. Events in this article are understood as such characteristics as numbers of emergence of a source of radio emissions, its duration in time, etc.
