Detection image in the presence of spatial noise and applicative background

Abstract:
The article contain (discusses) the maximum likelihood and quasi- likelihood detection algorithms image space-extended object against the background of spatial white Gaussian noise in the presence of applicative background with unknown intensity image and background. Considered three cases: optimal detection in the absence of background, quasi- likelihood detection in the presence of background, the optimal detection in the presence of background. A study of the impact of applicative background on the detection efficiency of the image. The analysis of the impact of various parameters on detection efficiency image.
