Abstract:
The article highlights carrying out of technological reconstruction at PJSC «Radiofizika» and the creation of an integrated system of work centers. It was observed that the creation of the integrated system of work centers promotes technological efficiency and ensures works on setting up of technological processes, manufacturing of pilot samples and further serial production, including automated testing and calibration of the receiver-transmitter modules of the active phased antenna arrays.
Authors analyze features of the production of electronic microwave modules at the created technological base from the perspective of modern production management methods: Lean Manufacturing and Quick Response Manufacturing.
Authors examined the aspects of production efficiency improvement by increasing technological efficiency of receiver-transmitter modules as a result of circuit design, design-layout and design-engineering solutions performed using the management principles of Lean Manufacturing and Quick Response Manufacturing at the stages of receiver-transmitter modules design, setting up of technological processes and serial production.
The formula of dependence of a resource of free production capacity from coefficient of technological effectiveness of a product and of production tact time is proposed.
Graphs of dependences of production load coefficient from coefficient of technological effectiveness and of production tact time are presented.
