Some features of class DE power amplifier-s load circuit realization improving bandwidth operation

Abstract:
In recent years there has been considerable interest in high efficient power amplifiers operating in class DE. In known publications amplifiers of this type are usually considered at a fixed frequency. The article focuses on the problems associated with bandwidth op-eration of class DE amplifiers and has the aim to increase frequency coefficient under given constraints on the relative change in output power and switching losses. The diagram based method of the load circuit synthesis has been proposed. The results will contribute to the better use of class DE switch amplifiers in radio transmitters and will significantly improve their performance.
