Abstract:
One of the most actual problems in modern radiophysics and radioengineering is development of acoustoelectronic signal processing devices and sensors operated in low frequency range 1 MHz- 30 MHz. Such devices could be realized using plate acoustic waves. Paper is devoted to analysis of main results of Kotelnikov Institute of Radio Electronics and Engineering of RAS in the field of investigation the properties of acoustic waves propagating in piezoelectric plates. In 2004 in the ST,X quartz plates new type of plate wave have been found. These waves have now name I.Anisimkin. In the paper the conditions of existence of Anisimkin-s waves are described. Also it has been discussed the propagation characteristics peculiarities and anisotropy of plate modes of zero and high order. It has been found that SH0 waves characterized by high value of electromechanical coupling coefficient in compare to surface acoustic waves in the same material. The obtained results could be used afor development of acoustoelectronic devices with enhanced parameters.
