Abstract:
Approach to the creation of a single functional subsystem controls the operation and maintenance (FSCOaM) as part of a geographically distributed automated control system (ACS) is founded. It is proposed to merge into a single functional system specially designed tools and resources allocated from the complex of automation (CoA) control point (CP).
Justified by the purpose and tasks of a single FSCOaM.
The proposed and substantiated FSCOaM structure, which is a three-tier distributed system. The proposed structure should unite FSCOaM three levels of service ACS: systemic, regional and object. The functions and tasks of each level FSCOaM.
It is shown that the implementation of the functions management of functioning and maintenance of automated control systems at appropriate levels provides functional integration of all designated funds management centers in operation (MCO). The variant implementation of systems engineering solutions for construction management subsystem FPUFiE.
