The Integrated hierarchical territorially distributed automated control system (ACS), as a rule, is a complex system of interacting au-tomated systems (AS). Each of these AS is focused on a certain class of control problems and a certain circle of officials (SO) of controls (C). At each control point (CP) with the help of software and hardware implementation process provided information support activities SO C. The process of informational support to SO on CP is ordered in time acts to the collection, storage, processing and analysis of information about the subordinate forces and means for further management with the use of complex automation equipment (CAE) CP. In the course of modernization and re-equipment of outdated CAE on the new integrated CAE CP it is necessary to provide a continuity of management and continuity of functioning, that is collaboration in a transition period of «old» and «new» CAE PU ACS. To contain offers on statement and the solution of a problem of improvement of process of information support of activity of SO of CP on the basis of the following developed principles of construction and functioning of a subsystem of information support of activity of SO of CP ACS in article: - Continuity and timeliness; - Reliability and secrecy; - Adaptability (customization); - Objectivity and centralized management. The proposed functional structure subsystem information support activities SO CP ACS. Offers on development of a complex of actions for creation of rational structure of a subsystem of information support of activity of SO of CP ACS in the conditions of maintenance of high reliability and a continuity of functioning of ACS are given.
