The Bayesian approach to synthesis of radar-tracking supervision algorithms

Abstract:
It is developed a Bayesian approach to radar information processing and Radar-tracking supervision algorithms synthesis. It is shown that at use of Kullback-Leibler information of distance as Bayes risk function optimum algorithms are reduced to calculation posterior assessments or anatropic probability of parametres of conditions. At Gaussian posterior probability appriximation algorithms are directed to calculate the maximum likelihood estimation and Fisher\'s information template. For this case recurrent specification formulas for the data affiliation are yielded. The received schema of algorithm of supervision is applicable to radar systems of various phylum and is scaled on multistatic systems where the received general algorithm defines functions of separate receiving sites and a mean of affiliation of the information received by them.
