Abstract:
For creating a distributed system of heterogeneous radio equipment is necessary to resolve many important problems such as: location on the ground, structure, composition, and others. For solving these problems were formulated 4 common tasks, and were developed any criteria for their optimal and consistent decision. This instrument was designed to obtain the optimal structure, composition and topology radio system in terms of limited financial resources.
