Abstract:
Parameters of the attributive frequency and timing of radio signals based on a fundamental position in the theory of radio-ambiguity function is considered. The criteria for measuring the parameters of the radio signal is selected the maximum of the central peak and a minimum of side peaks ambiguity function. The dependence of the probability of measurement error of signal /noise ratio at the input of the meter, the level of the side lobes of the ambiguity function, the signal base is shown. Conclusions are drawn about the possibility of measuring the parameters of the radio signals from various manipulations in order to identify the sources of radio emission.
