Abstract:
Justified algorithm and developed a device to control the depth of penetration of the laser beam in a multi-layer product of different materials, which allows an optimal way based on the criterion of an ideal observer discriminates signal levels (based on their spectral characteristics) due to the result of the action of powerful laser radiation on the material at the receiver output optical radiation operating in the photon counting mode, in terms of noise (interference).
