Abstract:
The evaluation results of the outcome of the information conflict between a radio communication link and a radio suppression aid dis-cussed in [1, 2, 3] have been obtained for the resource parameters of opposing forces in case that they are constant over the conflict duration. The presence of the third party (environment) in the conflict results in that the values of the resource parameters are random variables. It has been shown that the greater the level of natural noise as compared with the jamming level the greater the impact of environment (natural noise) upon the conflict outcome. In that event the smaller value of the suppression ratio is required to obtain the desired radio suppression probability. A formalized technique of evaluating the outcome of conflict between a radio communication link and a radio suppression aid has been proposed in case of random variation of the signal-to-noise power ratio and jamming-to-noise power ratio at the input of a suppressed radio receiver set. Conditions of agreement have been specified for the message transfer probability with both the jamming-to-signal ratio (suppression ratio) and the jamming-to-noise ratio (signal-to-noise) at the input of a radio receiver set treated as a targeted object.
