Abstract:
Reviewed questions of charged particles focusing type «axis ring» by electrostatic axisymmetric hyperbolic fields. The possibility of obtaining spatial focusing first and second order as in hyperbolic fields in the plane of field-generating electrodes and beyond, in the drift space. Obtained results showed that hyperbolic fields are possible to use as a very effective element of charge particle optics. Was proved possibility of getting the first and the second focusing order.
