Low temperature impact on phase noise perfomance of VHF crystal oscillator

Abstract:
This paper introduces the results of experimental study of low temperature impact on frequency, power and phase noise power spectral density of VHF crystal oscillator. The test data of PN OXO-240MHz model at the switching on time at −70°C are of some interest.
