Realization of small dimension X-band hybrid-integral receiver module based on base low temperature co-fired ceramic

Abstract:
The purpose of the paper is design and experimental testing of X-band hybrid-integral receiver module on basis of low temperature co-fired ceramic and microwave MIS structure, produced. For goal achievement the hybrid-integral 10-12 GHz receiver module with single square-low frequency translation was developed. Use of design and production low temperature co-fired ceramic and MIS technique provides realization of receiver module in 23.5×13.5×3.3 mm dimension. The results of measurements are demonstrate a good agreement between experimental and design-theoretical parameters.
