Innovation development of the Vega joint stock company is realized by creation and use of modern technical solutions and the priority technologies based on capability to legal protection of intellectual activity results. This aspect finds the reflection in long-term planning documents - Innovation development program of Vega joint stock company for long-term period. The questions of the organization of intellectual property management system is taken the special place during innovation development planning. The introduction of such system is connected with a wide range of problems and the features, received from enterprises audit on intellectual property management. The main conclusion following the results of audit are in the article. The core elements of intellectual property management system are the Patent strategy and the Plan of measures of its realization. According to the Plan of measures all necessary documents for working with the results of intellectual activity are developing and implementing on enterprises of the Vega joint stock company. In the article the patent and license resource providing was considered as a necessary condition of successful functioning of the intellectual property management. The main instrument for intellectual property management system is the automated unified register of intellectual property, produced by the Vega joint stock company.
