Abstract:
Actual problems of of JSC «Concern «Vega» are considered from the point of view of the program on the development of modern electronic component base. Directions that will contribute to the development of the domestic electronics are studied, and key points related to the infrastructural development of the Corporation are highlighted. An example of such development in the form of experimental and technological center for the development and production of high-density 3D micro-systems is presented.
