Abstract:
Results of high-frequency temperature-controlled multi-crystal oscillator that can be used in local oscillator of UHF, SHF and EHF coherent radar systems are presented. Experimental measurement data of the amplitude and phase noise high-frequency multi-crystal oscillator and the local oscillator, wherein it is used, are considered.
