Abstract:
A Narrowband signal with different types of modulation has been widely used in the transmission of information. Digital processing methods are the most relevant for software and hardware implementations of processing signals in real time, such as signal processors. You need to have high-speed processing algorithm spent the minimum number of simple arithmetic operations on each data element. The issue of developing a high-speed processing algorithm narrowband signals in real-time is considered in the article. Quantization spending proposed by the minimum fixed number of samples, which is equal to four per signal period, then generate two quadrature channels for processing by subtracting the even and odd samples. The accumulation of such differences from each channel for a number of periods under study allows generating response quadrature channels, on which you can build a procedure for detecting narrowband signals with subsequent demodulation. The principle of high-speed digital processing algorithm quadrature narrowband radio signals is described in the article. Structure of the device that implements this algorithm is shown. Processing the signal with the central frequency of several tens of megahertz can be achieved by implementation of the device in the form of specialized very large scale integration.
