Application of specialized electronic means and automation in various spheres of life has already become a usual picture of modern society. On this background seems obvious feasibility of using such funds and institutions associated with correction and punishment, the crisis that is brewing long ago. Such solution has not only a positive economic impact in the form of budget saving and reduction of States, but also political, because the existence of such punishment as restriction of freedom, according to various international organizations, is «a sign of the democratic state». The SAMPLE should perform the functions of the remote supervision of persons sentenced to the penalty of restriction of freedom and control of their implementation of the prescribed limit. Thus, the functionality of the electronic control system should include a unique identification system controlled person, the definition of its location on the ground, definition of legality of finding it in this place. The binding of an identified person to areas should be not only coordinate, but temporary. The system refers to a special information systems, requiring the adoption of the decision, the parent, legal consequences in relation to subject solely on the information received through the automated processing of personal data, hence the need to ensure the transfer of such information in special informational-analytical centers for decision-making. After installation and activation EB employee MRUII, UII responsible for the use of technical means of supervision and control, carries out periodic collection of information on the observance of convicts established limits using the SPM.
