Given article develops the approach in which the method where as own values frequencies k are accepted not, and any other electrodynamicparametre is used generalised. Problems in which the generalised method is applied, are reduced to the non-uniform integrated equations with not self-interfaced operator with a kernel having especially simple appearance, in particular connected by that own values are included a multiplier into a kernel, instead of in arguments of special functions, as in case of own frequencies.
