The problem of an estimation of moving of mobile objects consists in the basis of observable spatial activity to calculate value of an indicator of danger of location/moving of objects and assign him corresponding category of danger. The authors presented an algorithm of estimation of mobile objects in territorial the distributed systems of protection (TRSO), which allows to classify mobile objects in a protected area on the basis of the analysis of character of their moving. In comparison with known approaches the ideas of the order of formation of the signal zone TRSO are changed and consider indicators of functional remoteness of mobile objects on the basis of the object - s structure of standard digital topographic maps.
