Abstract:
New approaches to process and equipment configuration of complex engineering systems based on the degree of availability of experimental data about system state during its functioning and on possible control instruments have been proposed. Multi-stage iterative procedure for the solution of problems of integrated synthesis of flexible automated engineering systems has been developed. It takes into account selection of a type and structure, and calculation of design parameters and regime variables for process and equipment configuration of complex engineering systems based on the degree of availability of experimental data about system state during its functioning and on possible control instruments. It also considers selecting the class, structure and calculating tuning parameters of the automatic control system, as well as determining an admissible domain of variations of uncertain process variables and coefficients of ES mathematical model, which provides for the optimal (in terms of safety, energy- and resource-saving and quality) functioning of a complex engineering system. Using contemporary methods of system analysis, mathematical modeling and physical simulation, the algorithms of investigating systemic relations and patterns of functioning (in static and dynamics) have been developed, as well as algorithms of development of engineering systems under interval uncertainty of process functioning variables and mathematical model coefficients, and algorithms of determination and investigation of domains of admissible functioning regimes and flexibility of engineering systems in the space of control variables. Practically oriented one- and two-stage optimization problems with soft and mixed constraints for the integrated design of energy- and resource-saving flexible automated engineering systems have been formulated. Methods and algorithms for their solution are proposed.
