Model of information conflict between special software and information-technical tools in military warfare with static characteristics

Abstract:
Offered the model of information conflict between special software and information-technical tools in military warfare of large groups, that includes five elements: telecommunication system, reconnaissance system, control points system, executive system and personnel not on the regular staff information-technical tools system. Based on method of average dynamic the model use large groups with the number of items more then 50 and static characteristics. The model takes into account the influence of special software on information confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information-technical tools of groups elements with use the probability theory methods. It allows to analyze the dynamic of force correlation change for different static characteristics and variants of special software usage. With use of the offered model received the preference relation for special software objective distribution among the elements of groups: executive system - telecommunication system - control points system - reconnaissance system - personnel not on the regular staff information-technical tools system. Shown that even for equal for all elements of groups 20% automation level and 50% special software effectiveness in equal other conditions the advantage in force correlation of group that use this software may be more than 1.5 times. The developed model may be recommended for practical use in field of decision trustworthiness increase during the effectiveness estimation of supposed and realized arrangements of military warfare organization.
