Principles of construction of the radio frequency identification system on the basis of saw-technologies with the raised range of action

Abstract:
One of the basic problems of system of radio-frequency identification (RFID) on the basis of SAW-technologies is rather low range of action. The analysis of distribution of a signal in RFID system on the basis of SAW-technologies shows its high level of total attenuation equal 150 dB on the maximum range of 15 m. Thereupon for realization of the transceiver of system the scheme of construction based on correlation processing of signals is offered. The research of information parameters of distinction of tags carried out work shows, that for authentic distinction of a label in conditions of noise background the relation a signal/noise not less than 15 dB is required. Thus for increase of range of action of RFID system the increase in duration of integration of a reciprocal signal of a tag and radiated pulse capacity of the transceiver of system is required. At the same time, the carried out calculations show, that at identification of mobile objects for all speeds of movement reduction of range of reading to proportionally root of the fourth degree from capacity takes place. At the chosen capacity in 100 mW on the big speed (300-400 km/h) range of reading of a label decreases with 8 to 5 meters.
