Abstract:
It is demonstrated, that known correlations for the output power, for the supply power requirements and for the power, dissipated by the collector junction of transistor in the push-pull power amplifiers in the B mode, are valid, only if proposed, that the voltage-current characteristics is a linear function. There are given the plots and formulas, taking into account the presence of «nonsensitivity zone» in the transfer characteristics and influence of corresponding cut-off angle on the efficiency of the stage.
