Overview of the main technologies that implement effective methods of error-correcting coding insensitive to signal delay

Abstract:
This article represents the main implementation technologies of the effective methods of error-correcting coding, insensitive to the delay. The concept of "sensitivity to the signal delay technology" was introduced in the sense of criticality to the final consumer information service time delay of information transmitted to him. Made in the context of the review of methods and algorithms for encoding the information recommended by the standards governing the implementation of relevant technologies, taking into account the low level requirements of its decoding the receiving party as a consequence of its low sensitivity to the delay signal. For systems implemented in accordance with such technologies, classified satellite communications systems, digital broadcast television systems, digital broadcasting systems. The main characteristics of these systems recommended by the relevant standards of coding and decoding the signal is given them a generalized comparison in terms of energy efficiency. As the most efficient in terms of energy costs are allocated multithreshold decoders are the simplest and the fastest decoding scheme of binary codes, but in the absence of strict requirements for implementation complexity, as in the case considered in the paper technologies are preferable turbo codes and low-density codes.
