Abstract:
The current ionosphere condition forecast is required for providing of efficiency of long-range radio communications and over the horizon radars. This is actually for both strategic and civil systems. Therefore the development of information source network for geophysical framework control over Russian Federation territory is required. The integral Russian radiophysical instruments for ionosphere control may provide handling of applied problems.
