Abstract:
Microwave radiometric system assembled of two L-band radiometric receivers - Ranet-21 - prodused by JSC concern "VEGA" combined with video camera is describing. The possibilities of special soft for channel and interchannel radiometric data processing combining with video info and geo reference are regarding. The system for levies and roads conditions monitoring based on the quadracycle is describing.
