The system-s operating speed of adaptive frequency calibration for voltage-controlled oscillator in wide-band frequency synthesizers

Abstract:
Article is devoted to quickly reconstructed wideband frequency synthesizers used in modern high-speed communication systems as local oscillators of radio receivers and activators of radio transmitters. The synthesizers constructed on the base of phase-locked loop system with digital dividers of frequency with variable division factor with wideband (to an octave) voltage controlled oscillator are considered.
