Under condition of market economics the import our problem at execution of complex projects, spread at time and space is a problem of formation of cooperation for performers. To such projects it may be referred the creation of complex systems of the special purpose, for example radar systems to high factory readiness. The complexity of task solution is conditioned by big dimensionality and complexity of the structure of work complex. Universal effective precise method for task solution does not exist. The essence of the task (problem) is in the choice from a set of pretenders, performers and assignments on a set of works so that a whole complex of the work was executed at the given directive period with minimum cost. Task solution about the assignment with application of the known algorithm allowing it to get initial approximation under which cost of performing the complex of project functioning will be minimum, however restriction for time of project execution may be not executed. Optimization of the network project presents the process on improvement of execution of work complex for organization taking into account the term of its execution and is conducted for the reason of reductions of the length of the critical way to the given (if it is possible) at the expense of redistribution of work executors. In the first place the measures on reduction of work duration residing on critical ways. Thereby, presented method for solution permits it to determine the minimum wastes on realization of the project at the given terms (if such solution exists) as well as to estimate the minimum time for project realization at the given set of possible executors).
