The geometrical model of electron is represented in a form of torus. Geometrical proportions of the structure are defined. To be more precise, the calculated radius of electron for the represented model coincides with the classical one. The dynamics of the process of formation of electron from photon has been examined. The duration of transient period, obtained for the model, was experimentally confirmed. This gives the basis for a new interpretation of photoeffect. The stability of the suggested model has been examined on the basis of the theory of perturbation and the Kolgomorov theorem.
