Generalized Mathematical Model of Single-Line Screw Magnetic Transducer

Abstract:
The article deals with mathematical model of signal formation in perspective line of disturbed magnetic transducer which is in the shape of a pair of twisted wires with a pitch compared with a distance to magnetic dipole that is moving in a straight line. The trajectory of movement, unlike in earlier models, can be set at an angle to the transducer which due to small distance between the wires can be regarded as single-line and quickly installed. On the basis of derived mathematical model signals' signatures and their spectra were analyzed. It was found out that when the trajectory's angulation to the line of transducer is decreased the signatures of useful signals become more oscillatory, their spectrum is enriched with high-frequency components. This fact must be taken into account when choosing a rational range of detected frequencies.
