System of Criteria of a Choice of Rational Variants Territorially Distributed Systems of Security Monitoring on the Basis of Geoinformation Technology

Abstract:
The system of criteria of the choice of rational variants of geographically distributed systems of security monitoring on the base on geoinformation technology Axiomatics of the estimation and optimization of geographically distributed systems of security monitoring (GDSSM) as complicated dynamic systems, provides for sequential application of criteria of acceptability and preference for the choice of rational variants. Optimization is based on the large-scaled geoinformation modeling of the elements, their information and material interaction and sequential aggregation of the results in compliance with estimation of geographically distributed systems of security monitoring. Initially, the application of criterion of acceptability which is a great number of geographically limits of the geographically distributed systems of security monitoring, is used for the selection of the positioning of the elements of GDSSM. Then the structural adaptation is carried out on the base of criteria of the identification and prediction of the dangerous spatio-temporal situations (STS). The application of this criterion corresponds to the examination of the multitude of various variants of the tactics of the trespasser-s actions and is relevant to dangerous situations. The estimation of the GDSSM dynamics is carried out by interval-statistical method, when on the local and time portion relatively to the GDSSM functioning, the state of it-s elements is permanent. The change of these states are caused by the facts of the daily and situational cycle of the GDSSM functioning: the change of the time and climate are connected with the change of monitoring conditions. The application of the above mentioned criterion supposes the elaboration of the special procedures of the automatic human-machine interaction of the functionaries and analytic informational support of the construction of the GDSSM.
