The system of a radio communication is a technical basis of control systems. The developed algorithm gives each mobile user the protected radio access in similar system. On the basis of random numbers time labels which allow to synchronize algorithms of protection of the information at all mobile users are developed. According to the given algorithm the send-receive device of frequency hopping system of radio communication which structure allows to exchange the protected information without loss of mobility is developed.
