Resolution Synthesized Aperture Radar in the Vertical Plane at Various Trajectories of the Carrier

Abstract:
Characteristics of function of uncertainty (resolution on height of the purpose and level of lateral petals) a radar with the synthesized aperture radar in the forward review are investigated at various trajectories of the carrier. At rectilinear flight in a direction on the purpose low resolution proportional to a root square and to the relation of length of a wave to a synthesizing interval is provided. At flight by "snake" resolution is proportional to the relation of length of a wave to amplitude of "snake". The big level of the first lateral petal (-7¬-10) dB which doesn't depend on a kind of processing of a signal is thus formed. At "the broken" trajectory consisting of rectilinear sites with various angles of slope concerning the purpose, the high permission and low level of lateral petals is provided.
