Abstract:
High requirements to quality of a radio communication, with which the land and onboard radio electronic equipment should provide, were an incitement to development of devices using parametrical methods of transformation of signals in devices of transfer and reception of the information. One of effective ways of increase of reliability of the radio-electronic equipment intended for transformation of the information based on application of magnetic resonant schemes. The converters including nonlinear resonant systems (parametrical zone, or pazone systems, NPS), for a long time also are widely used for formation, processing and receiving of radio signals.
More and more wide development received by the magnetic resonant elements applied both as modulators and demodulators, and as multiplying, differentiating, remembering devices etc. Number of the qualities inherent in magnetic elements and devices, allows them to compete to semi-conductor schemes successfully. Prospects have also mixed magnetic-and-transistor devices in which the best properties of magnetic and semi-conductor elements are combined. In many cases, it represented to be effective to use nonlinear parametrical zone devices working on the higher harmonics, in the higher zones of instability of electromagnetic oscillations. Similar converters are cheaper, simple and reliable in comparison with existing analogues.
Development and introduction new and perfection of existing methods of phase modulation and demodulation of radio signals depends on new scheme decisions and principles of work of applied element base of analogue and digital devices, including using the effective mechanism of parametrical excitation of oscillations in the higher zones of instability. Using of this mechanism is an actual problem by working out of receiving-and-transferring means of a radio communication. Lacks of known technical decisions are the limited functional and structural possibilities, difficulty of technical realization, high probability of errors. At using of nonlinear parametrical zone devices as phase-sensitive elements in modulators and demodulators the transfer and reception of radio signals improvement of quality that will expand the functionality and scopes of devices is obviously possible. Based on resonant nonlinear parametrical zone systems working in the higher zones of instability of oscillations, it is possible to create the original communication devices intended for transfer and reception phase manipulated signals and signals with relative phase modulation. Similar devices can find technical application in automatics, control-and-measuring and computer facilities of different function, and also to be used in educational process.
Use of integrated modulation of power-consuming parameter of NPS causes high efficiency of modulation and demodulation of signals in communication systems. The offered technical decisions can find application as receiving-and--transferring equipment of digital and analogue communication, schemes of modulation and demodulation of radio signals, converters of signals, and other.
Even using only existing today ferromagnetics it is possible to create the ultra fast devices, making ten millions operations a second.
Application of thin flat magnetic pellicle, cylindrical magnetic domains or superlattices will give the chance to increase the fast-acting of transformation in NPS by some order of number, in 10-100 times (from units to hundreds billions operations for a second).
