In article the method of reducing the number of channels in the receiving phased array is offered. This requires the use of code division multiplexing techniques. The basic formula expressions at offered handling are resulted. Sources of additional errors in comparison with classical phased array antenna are defined. The analysis of these errors is carried out. Their influence on frequency-time ambiguity function for signals with various modulations is estimated. Recommendations about selection of parameters of offered system are made. Necessity of usage of code sequences with width of a spectrum exceeding a band of signals is defined.
