The analytical model of consecutive mutual search of send-receive means of subscribers of the air laser communication line with use of a basic source of the coded radiation is developed. Possibility of representation of procedure of an establishment of communication in the form of the transfer functions formed on the basis of Laplace transform from the direct integro-differential equations, two subscribers matching to a state graph is shown at an establishment of communication. Time dependences of probability of an establishment of communication for various values of probabilities of detection of transferred signals is established
