The Integral Circuit of Windband High Frequency Quadrature Demodulator

Abstract:
The integrated microcircuit of the quadrature demodulator was designed on technology SiGe BiCMOS 0.25 um. The crystal's area is 2.3х1.2 mm2, the case is a MiniDIPP with 16 outputs. The input band is from 100 MHz to 6 GHz, the output band is from 0 to 1200 MHz. Two modes of a current-s consumption: for signals with a compression point close to -0,7 dBm and for rather powerful signals close to +5.5 dBm. The consumption is 0.9 W in the mode of the raised linearity and 0.43 W in the mode of the lowering consumption of a current. There are the special layout-s methods for reducing the amplitude and phase mismatches in channels I and Q.
