A variant of the self-oscillating generator realized on high-performance elements of CMOS logics is described. Stabilization of the generator oscillation frequency is performed with ceramics and quartz resonators by means of synchronization of own oscillations of a self-oscillating generator embraced by a frequency-independent degenerative feedback. To realize such generators, one can use logical units with several inputs allowing turning off the generator for economy of consumed power with possibility of its turning on without delays during the interval of the stable regime of generation thus providing increase of clocked devices performance.
