One of kinds of adaptation is automatic control of speed of transfer of the information or change of operating modes at decrease in reliability of the transmitted information below allowable. The developed algorithm of regulation allows to improve reliability of transfer of the information. On the basis of the analysis of quality of reception of the information and synchronizing signal the structure of the package consisting of frames and slots is formed. In article it is considered two ways of construction of a package: with use and without use of antinoise coding. According to the given algorithm the receiver-transmitter of frequency hopping adaptive system of radio communication which structure allows to increase reliability of reception of the information due to adaptation synchronizing signal to change interference conditions that allows to apply it in special communication in conditions of influence of jamming is developed
